2026 Annual Dues InformationDue: March 31, 2026
Annual Dues: $120 In 2026 all homeowners will receive a paper copy as not all emails in our records are current. Only one method of payment is required and you may choose to pay electronically via Cheddar Up or by check through the mail. If paying by Cheddar Up, the homeowner's association will not cover credit card fees, but we will cover eCheck fees in 2026 and intend to continue this practice in future years. In accordance with the by-laws of all Yorkshire Place homes, a $25.00 late fee will be applied for each month after the due date. If there is non payment after 6 months a property lien will be processed.
