2025 Annual Dues InformationDue: March 31, 2025
Annual Dues: $115 In 2025 all homeowners will receive a paper copy as not all emails in our records are current. Only one method of payment is required and you may choose to pay electronically via Cheddar Up or by check through the mail. If paying by Cheddar Up, the homeowner's association will not cover credit card fees, but we will cover eCheck fees in 2025 and intend to continue this practice in future years. In accordance with the by-laws of all Yorkshire Place homes, a $25.00 late fee will be applied for each month after the due date. If there is non payment after 6 months a property lien will be processed. The Mailbox replacement project has been completed on several streets and has enhanced the appearance of the subdivision. We would appreciate a Voluntary Contribution of $25.00 or more, to help continue the installation of the new mailboxes on the remaining streets in 2025.
